There Ought to be a Place, Phil Lancaster
Cross Street Arts is thrilled to present the first solo show by photographer Phil Lancaster. The exhibition is a series of portraits of the service users at the Marie Trust, Glasgow, where Lancaster still volunteers. These honest and direct portraits capture the humanity, individuality and personality of some of the most marginalised in our society. The exhibition is raising money for The Brick, Wigan and The Marie Trust homeless charities. The show opens Friday 12th Jan 2018, 7-9pm. It is open till the 26th of January by appointment. Please email or ring the studios to arrange a visit after the 12th.
