Solas Festival

Studio Artist Debbie Budenburg is showing as part of Solas Festival this June 2016. viagra cost

Solas Festival is Scotland’s best kept secret: a small but beautiful arts festival for all ages

Debbie Budenberg: I don’t know where you are is viagra generic available in canada

“As a member of a family group and as an individual within it we experience different phases and states of existence over the duration of our life. The passage of time brings with it the inevitability of change and our experience of end times, as well as new beginnings. I don’t know where you are is a site-specific response to a particular stage in a life journey and the space we may inhabit whilst making our transition from one state of being to another. Deliberately ambiguous, the installation seeks to evoke a sense of place and question our understanding of ourselves in relation to it.”

Chel Logan

Chel Logan is doing a 7 hour performance piece this March in Chelsea, at Punctum Gallery

In his own words:

“The show is a one seven hour performance piece from me, done in the dark. The show will lit entirely and perceived by the use of flash photography, as this is mostly banned in gallery spaces. The only way to ‘see’ the show and what is going on will be through the images captured on mobile phones or cameras.

There will be moments of brief light but the images will be key.

The idea behind it all is the absurdity of labour and being kept I the dark about what it truly means and also how we perceive things. Are we kept in the dark? So we see the full picture?

There will be an ambient soundtrack too of candy canes on an industrial fence. And the clicking and turning of a white cube that can not be solved, but then was there ever a problem in the first place.”

Location: Punctum Gallery, 16 John Islip St, SW1P 4JU London

Date: 10th March 2016
